At Chics & Nature, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a seamless return process.

1. Free Returns – How It Works

To provide the best possible service, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Receive Your Label: Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label (PDF) via email.

Pack & Print: Simply print the label, securely pack the product in its original packaging, and attach the label to the box.

Drop Off: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.

Cost: You don't pay anything at the counter. The return shipping fee is handled directly by us.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer full or partial refunds under the following specific conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the item. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Order Errors: If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, we will rectify the error immediately with a full refund or exchange.

Lost or Non-Delivered Items: If your package is lost in transit and never arrives, we will refund the product price and taxes.

3. Important Refund Details

Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Only the product price and applicable taxes will be credited back to your account.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items that show signs of intentional damage or misuse cannot be refunded.
